Business Model
I would like to pen down my thoughts on the different business models in existence and that I find interesting.
Some good resources for Business Model are as below:
- http://www.businessmodelgeneration.com: They provide a good tool for creating a business model for your organization or even explore what effect could a change in one block of the model could have on the entire model. This can be used to do what-if analysis before you tweak your model.
- http://businessmodelinstitute.com/: The Business Model Institute was created to help small-to-mid-sized businesses assess and improve their business models through a structured process.
- Free by Chris Anderson: Chris Anderson had written a fantastic book talking about all the different business models based on the concept of “Free”. You can find more information about the book here.
